Terms of use

Short version: Spawn is a set of open, unaudited smart contracts and a website that lets you use them. Nobody holds your funds, nobody can reverse a transaction, and no one is promising you anything about any token launched here. If you use it, you accept that.
1. What Spawn is
“Spawn” is (a) a set of smart contracts deployed on Arc, Robinhood Chain, Base and Arbitrum (the Protocol) and (b) the website at spawnpad.fun and its subdomains (the Interface), operated by the Spawn team (we, us). The Interface is one way to interact with the Protocol; the Protocol works without it.
2. Non-custodial
We never hold, control or have access to your wallet, keys or funds. Every action — launching, trading, bridging, claiming fees — is a transaction you sign yourself and that runs on a public blockchain. Transactions cannot be cancelled, reversed or refunded by us or anyone else.
3. No warranty, not audited
The Protocol and the Interface are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. The contracts have not been audited. They may contain bugs that lead to loss of funds. Cross-chain messages depend on LayerZero and on the underlying chains, which we do not control. You use Spawn at your own risk.
4. Tokens launched through Spawn
Tokens are created by their creators, not by us. We do not review, endorse or vet any token, creator or project. A token being a plain, verified contract says nothing about the people behind it or about its price. Nothing on the Interface is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Token prices can go to zero.
5. Fees
The Protocol charges the fees described in the docs: a deploy fee, a share of pool swap fees, and a 2% burn on bridge transfers. Creators set their own tax at launch. Fees are collected by the contracts, on-chain, and are not refundable.
6. Your responsibilities
- You are of legal age and legally allowed to use crypto-asset services where you live.
- You are not a person, and not acting for a person, subject to sanctions, and you are not in a jurisdiction where using the Protocol is prohibited.
- You will not use Spawn for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering or anything unlawful, and you will not launch tokens that infringe others' rights.
- You are responsible for your keys, your wallet, your taxes and for understanding what a transaction does before you sign it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our contributors are not liable for any loss — direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Protocol or the Interface, including losses caused by smart-contract bugs, chain or messaging failures, price movements, tokens or actions of third parties.
8. The Interface
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Interface at any time, and we may block access to it from certain regions. The Protocol is permissionless and keeps working without the Interface. Third-party services shown on the Interface (explorers, DexScreener, wallets, IPFS gateways) have their own terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the Interface after a change means you accept it.
